Numelvi® tablets are a prescription-only veterinary medicine designed to provide fast, effective relief from itching associated with allergic and atopic dermatitis in dogs. Containing the active ingredient atinvicitinib, a next-generation selective Janus kinase (JAK1) inhibitor, Numelvi targets the key pathways responsible for itch and inflammation, helping to improve comfort and quality of life.
Formulated for once-daily oral administration, Numelvi begins working rapidly—often within 2–4 hours—to reduce scratching, licking, chewing, and skin irritation. Its targeted action offers effective itch control while maintaining a favourable safety profile, making it suitable for dogs and puppies from 6 months of age.
Numelvi is commonly used in the management of allergic skin conditions, including environmental allergies, flea allergy dermatitis, and food-related skin reactions. With convenient dosing and compatibility alongside many routine treatments, it provides a simple and reliable solution for long-term allergy management in dogs.
