Dairy Vet Services »
CVS NI is led by Dr Mike Reynolds BVM&S DCHP MRCVS, a global leader in Dairy Production and Health. We provide veterinary care for over 20,000 cows on some of the most progressive dairy farms in Northern Ireland.
We look to offer each farm a bespoke and focussed services as not only a vet but a consultant. Our approach is not on the reactive health of the animals but how to mage performance from calving through to drying off. Whether you have intensively managed Holsteins housed all year round or a spring-calving pasture based herd and every system in between, the team at CVS NI will be able to help you improve Health & Production of these cows.
As the largest team of dedicated farm animal vets in Northern Ireland we are confident that our team will have the expertise and knowledge required for your herd. .Under Mike’s guidance our vets have been encouraged to develop their specialist areas, including youngstock, mastitis, lameness and infection disease control. We are passionate about knowledge transfer and run regular meetings and training sessions to make sure our clients are at the forefront of the dairy industry.
As a practice group we are keen to work with our Dairy Clients to offer full diagnostics and use a combination of our in house tests and lab kit as well as our external labs. We are able to run a comprehensive range of diagnostic testing with a quick turn- around to minimise production issues on farm before they become a whole herd problem.
We are confident that through our extensive experience and our transparent, collaborative approach we can make your dairying business, wherever you are in the country and whatever your aspirations may be, more profitable with healthier, happier cows. Contact the team today and find out how we can help you move your herd forwards.
