Each 135g bolus contains 104,000mg propionates, (Propionates in the form of sodium and calcium salts), 5mg cobalt, 7.5mg selenium, 29,000mg niacin, 135,000 I.U. vitamin A, 1680mg vitamin E, 1.12x10 CFU Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Feeding recommendations: Administer two Ketonor boluses to 'at risk', transition cows (typically 3 weeks before to 6 weeks after calving using a bolus applicator according to the instructions). Ketonor can also be used as an aid to the recovery of sick or convalescing cows that can also be at risk of ketosis.

- Use a bolus applicator
- Insert the bolus with the rounded end in front into the applicator
- Insert the applicator carefully over the base of the tounge into the thorat
- When the animal begins to swallow activate the mechanism to release the bolus.
Feeding Directions: During the supply of calcium or sodium propionates at the end of gestation, an evaluation of the mineral equilibrium in association with the risk of hypocalcaemia after parturition is necessary. It is recommended that a nutritional expert's opinion be sought before extending period of use. The animal must have a normal swallowing reflex. Due to its high content of additives compared to a complete feed, this complementary feed should only be fed to the names species according to the above feeding recommendations.
Recommended Feeding Duration: Between three weeks before and six weeks after calving.
Store at ambient temperature, frost free, dry and protected from direct sunlight. No liability in case of improper handling or storage.
